Making an Exchange
Here at Black & Abroad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you want to exchange an item for any reason, we will gladly exchange or give you store credit for any item that is in new and unused condition.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, unless the merchandise is defective.
Merchandise may be exchanged/returned within 30 days of delivery. Your original source of payment will be credited the appropriate amount upon processing of the original item(s). You will be credited for any items exchanged/returned, minus any applicable shipping charges.
Will I be charged shipping for an exchange?
Yes, you would pay for shipping of the replacement item, however we will cover the cost associated with returning your original item.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We will cover the return postage for you. If the merchandise is defective, we will cover all shipping costs to facilitate an exchange.

*If you would like to return items that were purchased anywhere other than our online store, please return the items to that location. Returns that are received by Black & Abroad that were not purchased from www.weareblackandabroad.com cannot be processed.
We do not offer price adjustments or price matching for items that may go on sale after your purchase.

What is a pre-order?
Occasionally we offer merchandise as “pre-orders”. You can order these items to reserve your size and color, and we will ship them to you as soon as they are available. The expected ship date for pre-ordered merchandise is noted on the product pages. We do our best to keep these dates accurate; however, please be aware that we may experience delays.
When will my card be charged?
You will be charged when you place your pre-order. You will be charged immediately as you are reserving a size and color of a specific inventory. However, if you would like to cancel your order before it ships, please email our customer service at email@example.com. Once the item has been shipped, it defaults to our standard return/exchange policy.
